Customer Service Policy
2WP is committed to providing excellent products and customer service. It is our aim to make sure that all of the products listed on our website are in stock. Standard delivery time frames are between 3 and 10 days. In the case where an ordered item is not available, or that we are unable to fill your order, we will make contact with you within 2 business days to make arrangements for an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) as of 1st March 2012. #Due to fluctuations in the exchange rate prices may vary throughout the year. However, the price invoiced will be the published price on the date of your order as indicated in your shopping cart.
