The 2WP PowerLopper is our heavy duty ratchet lopper with a revolutionary 5:1 cutting ratio.

    My brother (who lives overseas) & I bought a power lopper as a 75th birthday present for our elderly mother. Mum lives in a rear townhouse with has a long, narrow driveway edge planted with a vigorous 4+metre clumping bamboo privacy screen with hundreds of up to 2” diameter individual bamboo canes. The 2WP Power Lopper is the ONLY lopper (especially given the power/leverage it enables via telescopic handles and super efficient ratchet cutting system) that enables her to easily maintain/trim her giant bamboo hedge independently. I could not recommend it any higher and would make a great “go-to” tool for any keen gardener needing to maintain trees. Darcy from Cheltenham

    I believed I had all the tools to do the gardening but my wife decided SHE need this product ( for me to use.) I have the 2WP Pole loppers and secateurs and are tools I use frequently. (Big garden) I can not believe how much use I use the telescopic lopper. It is most suitable for where the tree lopper is too long - or the secateurs not powerful enough. Like most of the 2WP products, you get what you pay for. Friends have purchased cheaper ones and have been sorry and the return counter at Bunnings have seen them all. I was curious about the red and green buttons on the handle but soon realised they signified the blade and anvil side of the lopper and now have no problems when working overhead and getting the cutter in the correct position to lop the branch etc. She was right - AGAIN - you ask her.

    Fantastic loppers

    I purchased a set of PowerLoppers 6 years ago at Floriade Canberra and they have been fantastic. I've shared them with my neighbour and between us we've probably cut literally tonnes of pruning's from our trees over the years and I've never had to sharpen the blade. I also cut each branch into stupidly short sections so they fit in my bin so they've done thousands of cuts. I just bought a new set so I can give my old ones to the neighbour and get him off my back when he wants to borrow them!
